From Artwork to Export

At All Soft, we do not design seasonal collections. Instead, we focus 100% of our technical expertise on bringing your artwork and specifications to life. Over the last 40 years, we have refined a streamlined 4-step pipeline that guarantees precision, sustainability, and export-quality bulk delivery.

1.1. Artwork & Technical Intake:Aligning Specifications.

You provide your custom designs, digital artwork, or tech packs. Our technical team reviews your structural layouts, dimensions, and exact fabric requirements—including material composition, specific weaving patterns, and precise weight (GSM).

2.2. Custom Sourcing & Precision Sampling:Perfecting the Prototype.

We procure the raw materials and execute exact color matching based on your design files. We then create a physical pre-production sample. This prototype is sent directly to you to verify texture, stitching durability, and design accuracy before any bulk production begins.

3.3. Sustainable Bulk Manufacturing:Flawless Execution.

Upon your sample approval, your order enters our production stream. We combine our 40-year weaving heritage with modern, eco-conscious manufacturing practices. Every cut, stitch, and print is monitored to ensure it matches the approved prototype identically.

4.4. Rigorous Quality Control & Dispatch:Global Export Standards.

Every finished bag and home textile piece undergoes strict quality inspection for dimensional accuracy, seam strength, and flawless finishing. Once cleared, your order is securely packed to international shipping standards and dispatched to your destination.
